Chair Yoga for Beginners
Learn about a basic, relaxing and therapeutic form of yoga - chair yoga. It can be conducted al while sitting down in a chair. Just bring yourself, we will provide the chairs, certified instructor, and relaxation.
Note: Participants will be required to sign a waiver at the first session confirming their physical ability to participate in the course.
